Volte maestose e profonde cavità. Di luce, ombra e silenzio. Un vero e proprio tempio laico, un capolavoro che ne custodisce molti altri. La scoperta delle cantine storiche avviene attraverso un’esplorazione multimediale unica che svela l’incanto di installazioni permanenti e spettacoli di luci, proiezioni e manufatti. Visitarle significa schiudere un prezioso scrigno, e ammirarne i molteplici capolavori.

Per Bosca, dal 1831, stappare significa portare, con maestria e audacia, l’entusiasmo delle bollicine italiane a tutti. Ovunque e sempre. L'azienda - l’unica tra le storiche case spumantiere canellesi ancora in mano alla famiglia d’origine e giunta oggi alla 6a generazione - sta scrivendo con Pia, Gigi e Polina un nuovo capitolo.
Un capitolo che nasce da desideri ancora una volta controcorrente e che ha l’obiettivo di raccontare nuovi modi di vivere le bollicine, trasformando il rito consolidato del brindisi in un’esperienza nuova e non convenzionale: più facile, quotidiana e inclusiva. Visiting them means opening a precious casket, and admiring their many masterpieces.

For Bosca, since 1831, uncorking means bringing, with skill and audacity, the enthusiasm of Italian bubbles to everyone. Anywhere and always. The company - the only one of the historic Canellese sparkling wine houses still in the hands of its family of origin and now in its 6th generation - is writing a new chapter with Pia, Gigi and Polina.
A chapter that arises from desires once again against the tide and which aims to tell new ways of experiencing bubbles, transforming the consolidated ritual of the toast into a new and unconventional experience: easier, daily and inclusive. Because being Bosca, after all, means exploring. Like true pioneers.
