Abbinamento giusto) che abbia visto tra le mille cantine che ho visitato scelte con cura prima di venire a Marsala. Degustazione splendida (con i prodotti Assud che meritano una menzione a parte). E infine il capitale umano: la precisione e la competenza di Valentina e l incanto e professionalità delle parole del sig. Caruso sono quegli incontri che ti porti nel cuore. Consigliatissîmo!

Caruso e Minini is a partnership between two families, merging the rich winemaking heritage of Stefano Caruso’s lineage with the commercial expertise of Mario Minini. Established in 2004 in Marsala, Sicily, this collaboration has led to a modern winery with a global reach, exporting to over 40 countries. The winery combines tradition with innovation, now guided by Stefano's daughters, Giovanna and Rosanna, who are bringing fresh energy to the family legacy. Their mission focuses on high-quality production with respect for the land.
Caruso e Minini boasts a diverse portfolio that includes both indigenous Sicilian grape varieties such as Grillo, Catarratto, Nero d’Avola, and Zibibbo, as well as international varietals like Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah. All vines are grown organically, with a focus on the perfect synergy between grape, soil, and climate. Their six distinct collections represent a harmonious blend of tradition and modern winemaking, offering a broad range of wines that reflect Sicily’s unique terroir.
