Us, father and son.
Bound by the same passion, we take care of the land our grandparents left us.
We are fully aware of the great responsibility this entails and, with pride, we preserve and bring to life products that reflect who we are and the eco-sustainable approach that guides us.
We see ourselves as guardians of an extraordinary land, San Gimignano, and for this reason we feel it is our duty to represent and protect it in the best possible way.
Our identity is rooted in the natural course of events.
Nature already contains everything it needs to transform and evolve.
Our task – by no means simple – is to ensure this path can be followed in the smoothest and most respectful way.
To achieve this, we rely on ancestral winemaking techniques, enhanced by modern technological innovation.
Among the many paths we’ve taken, one stands out: extending the life of our vines.
By restoring our vineyards, we cultivate plants deeply rooted in the soil, capable of producing grapes rich in flavor.
All our wines are made through spontaneous fermentation.
We firmly believe that this is the only way to give our winemaking a truly authentic and distinctive character, fully expressing the fruit of our land.
The work in the vineyard is essential: only healthy, high-quality grapes can ensure a natural and harmonious transformation process.
During fermentation, all the yeast families naturally present on the grape skins work together spontaneously.
This process gives rise to a complex and varied aromatic profile, capable of expressing the grape's varietal characteristics and the uniqueness of our territory.
