Located in the charming village of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, just minutes from Épernay and a short drive from Reims, the estate blends history, hospitality, and the timeless art of Champagne making.

Set within a beautifully restored 19th-century Champagne house, Le Clos Corbier is home to two family names united by the same devotion to excellence: Champagne Collard-Milesi, négociant-manipulant, and Champagne Domaine Méa, récoltant-manipulant from Louvois. Under the passionate guidance of Matthias Collard, the estate continues to embody a spirit of curiosity and authenticity that defines the very soul of Champagne.

Visitors are invited to step behind the scenes and explore our historic cellars, where the silence of time meets the meticulous rhythm of craftsmanship. Each guided tour ends with a tasting workshop, allowing guests to uncover the secrets of winemaking and savor the distinct character of our champagnes — from the bright finesse of Collard-Milesi to the expressive depth of Domaine Méa.

Beyond tastings, our seasonal restaurant welcomes guests with regional dishes crafted to celebrate Champagne’s culinary and cultural richness. From April to October, we serve lunch from Tuesday to Sunday, and from November to March, from Friday to Sunday — always in the warm, convivial atmosphere that defines our home.

At the heart of the family’s winemaking story lies Champagne Domaine Méa, a récoltant-manipulant based in Louvois, one of Champagne’s prestigious Grand Cru villages. Here, every vineyard parcel is cultivated with a deep respect for the land, certified organic and guided by a philosophy that values patience, precision, and authenticity.

Domaine Méa embodies a new generation’s approach to Champagne — forward-thinking yet faithful to tradition. The estate produces elegant, terroir-driven cuvées where purity, freshness, and minerality express the soul of the Montagne de Reims. From the first blossom to the final bubble, each bottle reflects a commitment to sustainable viticulture and the art of balance, offering wines that are both sincere and distinctive.

Collard-Milesi – The Bold Spirit of the House

In contrast, Champagne Collard-Milesi represents the négociant-manipulant side of the family — dynamic, daring, and creative. Established in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, the house brings together exceptional crus from across Champagne to craft expressive blends marked by their harmony and depth.
