About Winery and Wines
Maison du Berneuilh is a family-run winery in the Entre-deux-Mers region, with roots dating back to the early 20th century when the family arrived from Spain and Italy. Over generations, the estate has evolved, focusing on winemaking while preserving traditional methods. Today, the fourth generation manages the vineyard, continuing the legacy of producing high-quality wines with a commitment to heritage and craftsmanship. Their century-old traditions and family values are deeply embedded in every aspect of the winemaking process.
Maison du Berneuilh is renowned for its extensive range of vintages, including Bordeaux, Bordeaux Supérieur, Entre-deux-Mers, Blanc Sec, Moelleux, Rosé, and Clairet. The winery prides itself on using traditional vinification methods, allowing each wine to mature slowly, with a minimum of five years of aging on the lees. This careful process results in wines with depth and longevity, offering a genuine taste of the region’s terroir and history. With vintages dating back to 1993, the wines of Maison du Berneuilh are crafted for both immediate enjoyment and long-term aging.
