Vieux Château Gaubert is a historic estate located in the heart of Portets, which was saved from demolition and preserved thanks to its classification as a French supplementary historic monument and its acquisition by Dominique Haverlan in 1988. The Gaubert family, prominent traders and shipbuilders in the 18th century, originally expanded the estate and transformed it into a significant vineyard. In 2004, the Pessac-Léognan vineyard was created with the acquisition of Château Pontet Caillou, adjacent to Domaine de Chevalier. This was a joint venture between Dominique Haverlan and Francis Dumigron, aimed at developing a vineyard on a parcel damaged by a storm in 1999. In 2010, Dominique Haverlan further expanded with the acquisition of Château Haut Pommarède, renovating both the property and the vineyard. By 2011, he took over the historic Château de la Brède, investing time and care into this storied vineyard. In 2018, Dominique's son Romain joined the family business after gaining experience in winemaking in the United States and New Zealand, becoming the fourth generation to carry on the Haverlan legacy in winemaking.

Château Tourteau Chollet, established around 1760, is a historic winery nestled in the heart of the Graves appellation. With 63 hectares of vineyards, the estate benefits from an exceptional terroir of gravelly-sandy soils, perfect for nurturing both red and white varietals. Recognized for its quality since 1943, the property is dedicated to producing elegant wines that reflect its rich heritage. Committed to sustainability, Château Tourteau Chollet is among the first wineries in France to achieve HVE 3 certification, ensuring the highest environmental standards.

Château Cazebonne, located in Saint-Pierre de Mons, is a historic estate dating back to 1700. Today, the organically farmed property covers 40 hectares, showcasing a variety of terroirs including sandy, gravel, and clay-limestone soils. The estate is committed to reviving Bordeaux's lost grape varieties from the 19th century, cultivating over 25 different types. With a focus on heritage and biodiversity, Château Cazebonne offers wines that capture the region’s rich history and terroir.

A symbol of Bordeaux’s winemaking heritage, Château de Malle is a Grand Cru Classé estate in the heart of Sauternes. Founded in the late 16th century and acquired in 2024 by Luc and Clémence Planty, the château blends centuries-old tradition with a modern vision. Its meticulously preserved architecture and historic gardens, classified as Monuments Historiques, make it a landmark of elegance and refinement.

Château Couhins is located in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan appellation in the Villenave d'Ornon, 20 minutes from the center of Bordeaux. Long owned by a family of merchants, it was classified in 1959 as a "Cru Classé de Graves". The domain belongs today to the INRAE which saved it from the disappearance in 1968. The Château benefits from the most advanced research in terms of sustainable viticulture sustainable viticulture, as such, has become a reference in the field of environmental protection. environmental protection. The figures who have shaped the destiny of La Tour Blanche are inextricably linked to its history. Each, in their own way, has contributed to making the estate one of the finest in Sauternes, by taking risks, by being imaginative, by challenging conventional thinking, and by investing. These “prospectors of gold” - a description which is very fitting for Sauternes - have created their philosopher stones in the form of... golden nuggets. Foremost among these: Monsieur de Saint-Marc, Lord of La Tour Blanche. We could go much further back in time, but the original small chartreuse that became a château starts to get slightly lost among the various notarial deeds and other archives. But we need to start somewhere, and Monsieur de Saint-Marc, Lord of La Tour Blanche – who would give the domaine its name – is a good starting point. This was back in the mid-17th century. Saint-Marc was a clerk at the Court of the Parliament of Bordeaux. As he had considerable financial means at his disposal, he was able to transform the vineyards and its humble dwelling into a fine looking château, even having a tower built in order to justify the name!
