Pasqualetti Viticoltori is a small, family-owned winery nestled in the picturesque countryside of Peccioli, in the province of Pisa. Our winery has been deeply intertwined with the culture of the land for generations, particularly focusing on viticulture. Since our beginnings in 1970, we have been dedicated to crafting exceptional wines that honor the natural environment and the rich history of this region. Our philosophy is rooted in respecting the existing natural balances, ensuring that our viticulture practices harmonize with the land. Visitors to our winery can enjoy a guided tour through the vineyard, where they will learn about the unique characteristics of the soil, the history behind our wines, and the passion that drives us.

With strict pruning practices that leave only a few buds on each vine shoot and a meticulous approach to harvest times, we aim to produce wines with elegance and structure. Through careful attention to detail, we create wines that, with aging, develop complexity and depth, making them truly stand out among the excellent offerings of the Pisan Hills.

Chianti San Crispino – A traditional Chianti that embodies the classic flavors of Tuscany, offering a balanced structure and a deep, earthy palate with rich fruit and floral notes.
Scarlet Rosso Toscana IGT – This red wine is bold and elegant, with an intense ruby color and aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, and subtle oak, ideal for aging.
Celso Rosso Toscana IGT – A refined red with complex layers of flavors, including dark cherries, plum, and hints of tobacco, perfect for those seeking a robust wine with aging potential.
