Not only the tiniest place for the vineyard and a small production line, not only the utmostly authentic place with a well organized grapes maternity ward, not only the warmest Laura, holding all the wine production parts together, but also the great wine! We tasted Iris Bianco, Scarlet and Chianti - each of them is delicious in its own way

About Winery and Wines

Pasqualetti Viticoltori is a small winery located in Peccioli, in Pisa's countryside, which has been linked for generations to the culture of the land and especially to viticulture.

The winery's philosophy is to respect the existing natural balances, offering a tour of the vineyard to understand the characteristics of the soil, the history of the wines, and those who made them. Strict pruning that reduces the vine shoot to just a few buds, and the careful choice of harvest times, give their wine, along with the typical characteristics of this area, a high-class structure that with bottle aging acquires particular importance and complexity.

The Pasqualetti Viticoltori farm began its activities in 1970, producing wines and other earthworks. Over time the winery has earned its place among the excellent wineries of the Pisan Hills for its extraordinary care and refinement. Their most popular wines are Chianti San Crispino, Scarlet Rosso Toscana IGT, Celso Rosso Toscana IGT, and Iris Bianco Toscana IGT, as well as Novello Le Rose Toscana IGT.
