Prosecco Toffoli

Toffoli Winery is a family-run estate located in Refrontolo, in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG hills.

Founded in 1964 by Vincenzo Toffoli and his wife Maria, the winery began as a small family farm shaped by hard work, dedication, and a deep respect for the land. Vincenzo’s belief that great wine is made in the vineyard has guided the family for more than sixty years.

Today, the second and third generations of the Toffoli family continue to manage the vineyards and cellar, personally overseeing every stage of production from grape growing to bottling. The estate combines family tradition, craftsmanship, and a constant commitment to quality while preserving the values passed down by its founders.

Toffoli produces sparkling wines, still white and red wines, and traditional passito wines that express the character of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene territory.

The vineyards benefit from favourable south-facing exposure and glacial-alluvial soils, providing ideal conditions for growing healthy grapes with distinctive aromas and structure.

Each wine is crafted to reflect the identity of the local landscape, combining authenticity, tradition, and careful winemaking. From Prosecco Superiore DOCG to still and passito wines, every bottle represents the close connection between the Toffoli family, its vineyards, and the surrounding hills.
