A young Sicilian company, Quattrocieli was founded in 2010 with the aim of producing a good, fresh and genuine wine that perfectly balanced modernity and tradition. Quattrocieli wines are not only young and brilliant, but also Sicilianissimi. Quattrocieli wines are organic, and we categorically reject the use of artificial fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides.
WE USE LOCAL CULTIVARS, OR ALLOCHTHONOUS CULTIVARS THAT GROW WELL ON OUR LAND. Catarratto is a white grape typically found in Sicily, and its wines are fresh and full bodied with lemon notes. The hills of Alcamo are the best place possible you could plant Catarratto grapes. The grape grows well in our area and doesn't require particular attention Nero d'Avola is one of the most important Sicilian red grapes, its wines are strong but elegant with peppery flavours and a ruby red colour Syrah isn't a native Sicilian red grape, but it adapts well to our weather and the hydrological conditions of our soil. It has an intense flavor with fruit and spice notes
