About the Winery
Quattrocieli is a young Sicilian winery founded in 2010 with the aim of producing wines that are fresh, genuine, and expressive of the territory. The project is driven by a balance between modernity and tradition, creating wines that are vibrant, approachable, and deeply rooted in Sicilian identity.
The winery is strongly committed to organic farming, completely avoiding artificial fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides. This philosophy reflects a respect for both the environment and the authenticity of the grapes. Located in the hills of Alcamo, an area particularly suited for viticulture, Quattrocieli benefits from ideal climatic and soil conditions that allow for the production of high-quality wines with minimal intervention.
About the Wines
Quattrocieli’s wines are characterized by their freshness, brightness, and strong connection to Sicily. The production focuses on both native and well-adapted international grape varieties.
Among the whites, Catarratto stands out as a traditional Sicilian variety, producing fresh, full-bodied wines with citrus notes, particularly suited to the Alcamo hills. For reds, Nero d’Avola represents the heart of Sicilian winemaking, offering wines with structure, elegance, and characteristic spicy and fruity notes.
Alongside native varieties, Syrah is also cultivated, showing excellent adaptation to the local conditions and producing intense wines with notes of fruit and spice. Overall, the wines reflect a modern yet authentic interpretation of Sicily, combining organic practices with a clear and expressive style.
