Aperitivo Tenute Olbios
Il ragazzo che ci ha fatto la degustazione è stato veramente bravo con la spiegazione dei vini e della tenuta, poi avendo portato i miei due chihuahua ci ha lasciato fare la degustazione sul terrazzo all’aperto, quindi c’era una stupenda vista sull’intero vigneto. E ovviamente non si poteva non acquistare i vini che ci ha fatto degustare!!
Davvero un’esperienza fantastica!

About Winery and Wines
Tenute Olbios is run by its owner Daniela Pinna, who carries on the family wine-making tradition, taking care of every stage of the process, from the grape harvest to bottling, with passion, dedication and a continuous quest for excellence. We believe that small details make the difference. Situated in the region of Vermentino di Gallura, one of the rare Italian DOCG wines, the enterprise operates in the maximum respect for environmental sustainability to obtain an integrated and sustainable production.
Unique, elegant and with a personal touch. All the winemaking processes are done within the estate and only using grapes from our own vineyard. Daniela is also the oenologist of Tenute Olbios, she takes care of all the different steps of the production, making sure that the wines preserve the authenticity of the grapes and the complexity of the aromatic notes. Our wines are subject to very minimal and natural filtrations, the amount of sulfite used is very limited which results in considerably healthier wines. No animal products are used at any stage of the production and Tenute Olbios wines are 100% certified Vegan.
