Wine tasting & Lunch
We thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting with lunch. The family was so nice and welcoming. We loved all the wines we tasted and the lunch was one of the best we ate while staying in Tuscany.

Esperienza unica preso la cantina tiberini e sicuramente da tornare perché i produttori di questo ottimo vini sono cortesi e soprattutto mettono passione in tutto quello che fanno.

Truffles and great wine
When I booked this experience I wasn’t sure how it would go and it was definitely better than I expected. Upon arrival we were greeted and offered a coffee and then set out with a few other couples to the woods to watch the dog work to find truffles in the woods. He was quite successful and we found several truffles. Then we went back to the winery where we dined on some special dishes paired with great wine. Our host was charming and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend this adventure!

Great truffle experience overall!
We had a really great time walking through the nearby forest with Mario and his dog Kiko. Wonderful Kiko found us 4 good sized truffles and we really enjoyed the crisp autumn air.
Lunch was amazing. The host had prepared a 4 course lunch, complete with wine pairing from their own vineyards and winery. Of course, every course had generous shavings of truffle on it and it went very well with the dishes.
This is an experience I would highly recommend to those who have not experienced wild truffle hunting before.

Un’esperienza molto positiva!
Con la mia ragazza abbiamo scelto il pranzo con il tour guidato e il percorso di degustazione vini. Un’esperienza davvero positiva, dal primo all’ultimo momento. Abbiamo assaporato varie etichette e imparato tante cose curiose sulla produzione del vino e la storia del vigneto, oltre ad aver conosciuto dei gran lavoratori appassionati, ma soprattutto belle persone!

Lo chef Samuele ha ideato per noi un menù su misura, con sapori raffinati e perfettamente abbinati ai vini proposti. Ogni portata è stata una scoperta, valorizzata dal contesto e dall’attenzione ai dettagli.
Un’esperienza autentica e coinvolgente, che consigliamo a chiunque si trovi in zona e voglia vivere qualcosa di speciale.
Un ringraziamento anche al simpaticissimo Bobo, il cane di casa, che con la sua accoglienza ha reso il tutto ancora più piacevole!

About Winery and Wines
For 7 generations we have handed down the craft of winemaker and the love for the land of Pieve Caggiole, where vines have been cultivated since the Etruscan era. Tiberini is an organic winery attentive to the relationship with nature and the highest quality, in a path set between the tradition of the past and attention to the future. The vineyards on soils with tuff, clay, stone, and Pliocene sands, are planted only with native vines, with yields per hectare never above 45Ql of grapes. Great is our attention to limiting fungicidal treatments, favoring natural resistance and biodiversity.
We produce wines only with our hand-harvested grapes with careful selection of the bunches, respecting the vintage and the typicality of the territorial character, making this our corporate style. Our wines, rich in their character and never common to fashions, are representative of the passion and tradition of our family, maintaining the uniqueness of the land from which they are born.
