The portfolio is characterized by a strong commitment to organic viticulture (BIO) and is organized into different lines:

Autochthonous Varietals: The core of the list features classic Sicilian grapes like Nero d’Avola, Grillo, Zibibbo, Catarratto, and the rarer Perricone. These are all in the Organic line.

International Adaptations: The winery successfully produces international varieties that have adapted to the Sicilian microclimate, including Sauvignon Blanc (branded as Jacaranda), Chardonnay (Kilim Bianco) and Syrah.

Premium Blends & Special Labels: The list includes refined options such as the Kilim Rosso (a Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend aged in barrique) and Ellissi Rosso, a tribute to artist Turi Simeti.

Sparkling & Contemporary: The collection is rounded out by Lux (a sparkling wine with fine perlage) and Lucia, a fresh, fizzy white wine designed to appeal to younger palates.
