Fantastic tour and tasting!
We had a marvelous tour and tasting! After a very informative tour of the vineyard and olive orchard, we were given a excellent guide through the winery itself which elaborated on all the equipment and processes necessary from grape to bottle. We especially enjoyed learning of the methods to make the sparkling wines. And then the tasting…. The food pairings were perfect as we navigated the outstanding wines. I’m excited to further drink the wines we purchased and hope to find them back home in California.

Tasty picnic among the vineyards!
We were welcomed with kindness, we were given a backpack with everything needed for the picnic: food divided into small boxes, condiments, cutlery, glasses, two waters, the wine and a blanket.
They gave us a map to reach the clearing to eat.
The area is very beautiful, unfortunately it had rained during the night so we couldn't reach the picnic spot by passing through the vineyards, but from the main road.
Once we reached the clearing, there was an umbrella and some wooden chairs and a small table available.
We, however, decided to use the provided blanket and sat on the ground.
The wine was very good as was the food.
Upon returning, they showed us the cellar and we decided to buy a case of wine.
A highly recommended experience for the quality, kindness and helpfulness of the service.

We learnt a lot about the wine produced there.. Patrice showed us the wine yards and the machines that are needed for producing a good wine in a special quality. We got a lot of information .
