The visit and the experience were very good.
The guy who attended to us (Álex) is clearly very passionate and professional about the whole wine topic; he explained and showed us every corner of the winery and how the production process works.
The cava tasting and the appetizer were very good, as well as the surroundings where the winery was, in the heart of the Penedès.

Unforgettable experience
The experience at the Massaro winery was more than positive. We took a tour of the facility where the vineyard and the various steps leading to the bottling of the wine were explained to us. My boyfriend and I felt at ease and the tasting was very pleasant. At the end of the experience we also bought one of their wines (Valpolicella Ripasso).

A full experience in a really nice surroundings
The experience was full and excellent, we absolutely got what was written in the description. Our hostess was kind and friendly and spoke English we could understand as Hungarians. The wine tasting room was neat with a great vibe of Tuscany. The three wines we tasted were all excellent and the amounts were also perfect (neither few, nor too much). We also got freshly baked bruschettes with home-made olive oil that matched perfectly with the wines.

Amazing…worth the trip
Incredible place.
The winery itself is stunning, tucked away in a beautiful mountain setting super easy to access from Palermo.
Our guide/sommelier Alessandro was perfect. His knowledge of the wines, the land, and history really made for a wonderful visit. The tasting was even better than the tour! The selection and quality of wines really makes the trip.
We would go back tomorrow if we could. Absolutely recommended for wine lovers and lovers of all things beautiful.
Truly a wonderful place and worth the trip. Fantastic wines, wonderful hospitality. We were truly super happy!

Delightful Experience
This is a cosy, rather small winery, with a beautiful yard to relish the wine-tasting session, especially if one is lucky to be there at a sunny day.
The crew is welcoming and warm, very gentle and eager to show you around the Vinyards and the Winery.
In our group, we were 6 persons and we all agreed that this was a delightful experience. We have opted for the "Light Lunch", which includes all the main wines produced in the winery, while the nibbling served were tasty and balanced. Overall, a very relaxing and satisfying ambience.
