Very nice little shop, lovely welcome, excellent wines! The special attention for my vegetarian friend was much appreciated. The charcuterie-cheese and veggie boards were generous and high-quality. The description of the wines was meticulous, just like the service! A big thank you, we will come back for a drink at this establishment.

We visited the winery with 4 people (booking in advance via winedering.com was completely hassle-free) and are absolutely thrilled. We were personally welcomed by the owner, Nino, and guided through the beautiful, peacefully situated estate. Besides the classic grapevines and olive trees, there are even cotton plants to discover! What we particularly liked: the experience wasn't touristy at all. Everything is wonderfully calm and unhurried. At no point did we feel rushed; instead, we were able to take as much time as we wanted for everything. This created an incredibly relaxed atmosphere. The snacks served with the wine were also of exceptionally high quality and consisted entirely of regional products. Huge compliments to Nino and his team! A big recommendation to anyone who is considering booking a wine tasting here. Do it, it is absolutely worth it!

At the wine tasting, there was a short introduction to the region as well as the different varieties. After a brief look at the premises, we began tasting the wines. There weren't any breadsticks, but they weren't relevant for the tasting anyway.

The service was magnificent, the explanations about the process were very good, and the wines were excellent. Many thanks to our hostess.

If you are in Montepulciano, a visit with a sensory tasting at the Luteraia winery is an absolute must: the philosophy behind the fermentation of their wines (which are delicious, by the way) with the help of natural crystals is absolutely interesting. Giulio was an extremely kind guide who catapulted us into a completely new world (at least for me) and who made himself available to answer all our questions. A highly recommended experience if you want to discover something original and new!
