We totally enjoyed our time at the Baglio Ingardia. Georgina was so knowledgeable about the estate, its history and the approach the current members of the family are taking to produce olive oil and wine using both the most authentic sustainable methods and techniques. We had never done an olive oil tasting and learning the process was very entertaining. Highly recommend this experience!

There were 4 of us for our tour and wine tasting. Our guide and resident Sommelier, Carla, was extremely well versed in the growing and processing of grapes to make the excellent wines we tried. She was also a wealth of local historic information and tied it seamlessly into the wines. We were totally mesmerized by the way Carla presented all the information that we absorbed like sponges. The food she served us complimented the wines perfectly. By the time we were finished, we were full, happy and thankful for our designated driver. Several of us made purchases to take home to (maybe) share with our friends and family. The only regret is their wine isn't yet widely available for purchase. Having been to dozens of wine tours and tastings, this one occupies the number one slot on my list. It was the best!
