We booked the tour and tasting at Vivallis, as a birthday gift for a friend of ours and to spend an afternoon trying the wines of the Trento area. The winery tour was interesting, a very large and renovated structure, well-organized and engaging: you immediately perceive the passion and care they put into their work and in enhancing the territory. The tasting: excellent wines, explained with expertise but in a simple and pleasant way, perfect even for those who are not experts. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere. An experience I absolutely recommend to anyone in Trento or the surrounding area who wants to experience a special moment between good wine and tradition.

The experience was very positive, the location and the garden where we had the tasting of the three wines were beautiful.

Five wines to taste, plus small appetizers with each. Presented with a lot of charm. Effort and care were shown to create a unique experience. All of it with a panoramic view over Domodossola.

Our children gifted us this experience and it was truly a perfect choice. Warmly welcomed by Sara, we first listened to the story of this more-than-a-century-old winery before moving on to the tasting room where we were pampered with gastronomic delicacies accompanied by their very fine wines. Oil, jams, and vegetables in oil of their own production, magnificently paired with cured meats and cheeses. A business that maintains its "family" character for the benefit of the quality of their products. Highly recommended.

We were gifted this tasting with a visit to the Assirelli Winery in the Imola hills, above Dozza. We were immediately welcomed warmly and accompanied on a tour of the vineyards and the cellar with great professionalism and engagement. The love for this Winery shines through in the Sommelier who was our guide. We then concluded with a tasting of 7 different types of wine accompanied by cold cuts, cheeses and piadina. Everything was excellent!!!! It was a fantastic visit!!!

We were a group of 6 people at the winery and felt comfortable from the very first minute. We were warmly welcomed and it started right away with a very delicious rosé and authentic Tuscan snacks. The wines (all from their own winery) were consistently excellent and it was exciting to hear so much about the history and production. The atmosphere amidst the main building, gardens, and grapevines was wonderful. We tasted 7 wines, the excellent limoncello, and also got a small tour of the wine cellars. There were always delicious dishes served with it, so that we didn't even manage to eat everything and also stayed significantly longer than originally planned. All in all very relaxed, delicious, and successful, and highly recommended.
