We booked this tour with wine tasting on very short notice. We were warmly welcomed and had an interesting and entertaining cellar tour. An authentic indulgence in Tuscany
We visited Savignola Paolina during spring. The place has a breathtaking view. We were hosted by the wine maker who took the time to tell us about the history of the place and how the tradition of wine making developed in the region and specifically the wine production of the estate. The wine tasting was well-combined with the typical local foos which was of enough quantity to enjoy both the food and the wine. The risotto and the dessert were phenomenal. It was a trully indulging experience of Tuscany with all the senses.
