The experience was excellent. We were guided by a sommelier who, in addition to the tour of the cellar and the vineyards (a rather common thing), explained to us how to taste the wines. From smell to taste, then trying them with various foods. Fantastic experience.

A very pleasant and personal experience. The tasting was clear, well-explained, and with very well-crafted wines, all with their own personality. We tried EOS, Selene, Gris, and Janus, and each one showed a very defined and well-made character. The service was excellent, personal, and unhurried, which made the experience feel very authentic and comfortable. As a special touch, they let us try a wine that had been open for several days after being uncorked, something unusual in a tasting and which allowed us to really appreciate the quality and evolution of the wines over time. You can tell the care taken both in the vineyard and in the winemaking, and the experience conveys honesty and passion for the product.

Wonderful experience discovering prosecco and its history. A journey I would define as artistic. Interesting explanation of the prosecco making process. Elegant and original spaces. Excellent wine tasting with paired food samples. And a beautiful view around the winery.
