Best tasting
We were welcomed very warmly and given a tour of the winery. There was a lot of information about the family history and not a single question was left unanswered. The wine cellar was overwhelming, especially the bottle fermentation. The wine tasting in the barrel cellar rounds off the entire experience. For every wine lover, this tasting is a must.

An entertaining and very informative tour by Ricardo an excellent host. The tasting revealed truly refined wines.
The architecture of the building where the tour started and the tasting takes place is impressive.
Bonus: they also produce a Great grappa!

Unique experience
We found the Dimas Adega winery by chance, but it was a wonderful experience. The vineyard is far from any kind of human noise and while we were doing the tasting there was only the wind and José who guided us with a lot of preparation and passion.
