Great tasting of native wines accompanied by local products, spectacular indoor and outdoor setting

We got a lot of explanations about the wines, tasted 7 wines, and were served a platter with cheese, ham, olives, and bread. Water was constantly refilled. It was a very nice atmosphere in the large, bright room overlooking Vrbnik. We were happy to buy some wine afterwards.

This is the second time I've returned to Tenute Girolamo (the first time for Valentine's Day with the Premium formula and this time for my father's birthday, opting for the VIP experience). I confirm the extraordinary quality of the wines, always excellent, and the beauty of the place. A special round of applause goes to the girls who followed us during the tasting: they were simply exceptional, wonderful, super competent, and endowed with great empathy. We had arrived an hour ahead of the scheduled time and, seeing us under the hot sun, they immediately made us comfortable in the cool with air conditioning, showing disarming kindness. Regarding the VIP experience, however, I have a note to make: the description mentioned a "light lunch", which I expected to differ slightly from the classic cold cuts and cheese tasting (perhaps with a plate of pasta or something extra), given that we were tackling as many as 7 high-alcohol wines. In fact, we received the exact same platter as the previous time with the Premium. Having 7 important wines to taste, the girls themselves, realizing the situation and our need to better accompany the alcohol content, took care to bring us an additional platter, once again demonstrating their attention to customers. If I had known that the difference between the VIP and the Premium lay almost exclusively in the number of wines and not in the food proposal associated with the "lunch", I would have opted for the Premium formula again. Precisely because of this small disappointment related to the meal description, my rating stops at 4 glasses, despite the winery and staff truly deserving the maximum for the care and professionalism with which they welcomed us from start to finish.

Wonderful visit led by the owner, a charming and kind person. Ten out of ten wines, both the white and the rosé (this one especially to my taste) and the reds. And the tasting room is very pretty. 100% recommended

It was an absolutely wonderful experience! The four of us enjoyed a private wine tasting, personally hosted by the owner himself. He explained and showed us everything with so much passion, care, and attention to detail. We are from Germany and booked the tour in English, and everything was very easy to understand. Throughout the entire experience, you could truly feel his love and dedication to his work. He puts his heart and soul into what he does, and it really makes the experience feel special and personal. We highly recommend this experience and would definitely come back!

Very good tour. Our guide was very nice, provided a lot of information and answered all of our questions – and we had a lot :D After the tour, the tasting took place. The oil was served with many different foods – tomatoes, mozzarella, bread, pickled aubergines, focaccia. And we received a glass of wine. The location itself is very modern. Thanks for the good time.

Wonderful experience that far exceeded all our expectations. The tasting was impeccable, but what truly made the difference was Mrs. Barbara: of rare helpfulness and kindness. You can feel from the very first moment the authentic passion and love she puts into her work, conveying them in every detail of the narrative and the tasting. The final tour of the vineyard was the perfect conclusion to a memorable day. Truly compliments, we will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for quality, warmth, and authenticity. 5 well-deserved glasses!
