The castle and the surrounding vineyards were gorgeous. Our guide was knowledgeable and personable. The flow of the tour was perfect - he was funny, informative, and kept everything lively! The wine was AMAZING. I ended up shipping 6 bottles home to the US and couldn’t help buying up the olive oil. Dining inside the castle walls was quite the experience! One of my sister and my favorite parts of our trip to Italy.

My wife and I enjoyed a relaxed wine tasting, including 2 reserve reds, with Rocco the winemaker as our host. We enjoyed our walk in the vineyard and hearing about the family’s history on the land, as well as the organic commitment. Rocco is attentive to the traditional winemaking in the region, but given his international experience, he is making some wines that are new to the region. The light food pairing (small extra $ but so worth it!) with each wine was perfectly matched. I really enjoyed the architecture and design of the tasting room as well as the amazing view. It was a memorable afternoon during our stay in Ascoli Piceno.

We were a company of eight Norwegians, and we were very well received and served by Federica and Mirko. Excellent wines accompanied by cheese and salami - with a grand finale composed of cru barolo from La Serra, Cerequio and Monvigliero. Hipp hurra!

This wine testing was a birthday gift from my husband an we enjoyed it so much! The wines selection was so accurated end well explained by the somellier. It came with food and they were so kind to arrange a vegetarian plattter for me! We will come back again!

We LOVED our time at Santa Giulia! We arrived and got a quick tour of the cellar. After, we sat inside and received a detailed explanation of each wine we tried. The food we were served was the best meal of our two week trip to Italy. Fresh salads, breads, meats & cheeses all prepared here. The pasta dish was comforting and so tasty. Everyone was kind and we met some other travelers at the next table who were so fun. We loved this experience and had much fun hanging out here for the day- beautiful winery!
