Fantastic experience! Very well-deserved five stars for Casale Mattia. We did a tour with a tasting lasting a couple of hours and everything was perfect. Extremely well-kept winery and vineyards, and the staff and owners Roberto and Lucia were delightful and prepared with passion. The organic wines are exceptional and the accompanying bites (platter of local traditional products) were fresh and flavorful. The perfect combination for a relaxing half-day. A place to unplug for a couple of hours just a few kilometers from Rome. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The place is magnificent and the welcome truly kind. The tour of the Infernot was very interesting and well explained. Since it was hot, we had the tasting in the beautiful garden which has a splendid view. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed by the tasting: - A single explanation of all the wines is given at the beginning without even stating their names; I had to ask for them one by one while they were pouring to know which bottle we were tasting. - I had the feeling they didn't let us taste their best wines, and that's a shame. - The cold cuts and cheese board wasn't explained either; I don't know what cheeses and cured meats I ate, nor which glass it would have been better to pair with what. - To find my bearings, I asked for a brochure because there wasn't one at my table, but they didn't have any more available and a very kind guy got me one from the only empty table, but it was all stained with I don't know what. I made use of it anyway; having no other explanations about the products, at least it was useful to find my bearings. - For the first time in my life, I left a tasting without buying even a single bottle because if you don't explain your wine with soul, if you don't tell a story: either you put something amazing in the glass, or it's hard to make people fall in love with your product. Too bad, it was half a disappointment, but I find these are all points that with effort and willpower can be improved. And I hope so because the potential is enormous!

We had a great tour in a small group. A very relaxed, casual atmosphere with good wine. And a tour of the beautiful winery.

Mr. Mariano was very helpful in showing us the winery, explaining many things that exist behind the bottle of wine we normally buy and know so little about. The dinner was excellent, as were the wine pairings!

Splendid place, with a knowledgeable and passionate guide. Wonderful experience. The only "flaw": perhaps the group was a bit too large. I wasn't able to fully appreciate the tasting moment because the very talented sommelier rightly had to give a general presentation and then translate it into English for the foreign guests.

The owners managed to convey passion and professionalism with great warmth. Very good artisanal wine and exceptional board of selected local products. Super recommended experience
