First, we appreciate Windering for providing easier access to the winery because we were unsure about booking. Second, the people, place, and wine are so unbelievably underrated. It's f****** stupid how good the wine is :-) The view is unreal, and if you're into wine dogs, Bacchus rules! The people are simply lovely. Request food, olive oil, water and just relax, settle in and take a breath. Ora, 360, Paolina, Mio, Granaio... They're all fantastic. We ordered, re-ordered from the US, and will do so again soon. The winery is beautiful and unique, like the waterfall found inside and the small lake in the garden.
We did a wine tasting accompanied by a platter of cured meats and cheeses and to finish, pastry biscuits. Excellent wines!!
