It was more than just a wine tasting experience: we had the pleasure of meeting Silvano who took his time not just in explaining the history and function of cultivating the famous Malvasia grape, but also in chatting with us about his beloved home, Sardegna. It was a real treat for us to be able to spend some time just talking as though we were among friends and not simply as tourists (speaking Italian of course doesn’t hurt :-).. Thank you, Silvano for also introducing us to your band, I Caos Calmo! You’re a wonderful singer (able to hit the notes on The Cranberries, Dire Straits and even Bowie, wow!), and we truly enjoyed your band’s performance in the open air on a lovely summer night in Bosa. I highly recommend this experience if you are in the area. It’s a beautiful venue with great wine. We booked to have a picnic with our tour. The food and wine were delicious and enjoyed by all. We went with our sons who loved running around and exploring in the cool shaded woods where we had our picnic. We had a really lovely afternoon!

My boyfriend and me booked a wine tasting in English, there were only 4 of us in the group, which made the whole experience more enjoyable and private. The vineyard looks amazing and is well-maintained. Our guide was very friendly and open to any questions. Their wine is very good, we tried both the white and the red. The food pairing was great, everything was delicious and paired perfectly with the wines.
