Like being with family
Our experience at Tojo was fantastic, it felt like we were welcomed into the family.
Excellent wine, the best was the moscato with anchovies

A top-notch tasting!
We were at this winery for a bachelorette party. We chose the experience of a vineyard tour and a tasting of sparkling wines paired with local products. Everything was perfect, 4 glasses, each one better than the last, expertly paired with cured meats and cheeses with tigelle depending on the wine being tasted. The staff was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The wine is of excellent quality, despite the 4 glasses it's easy to digest without any headache or stomach ache. In fact, we went home with a few bottles, that's how satisfied we were.
I highly recommend this winery!
Thanks to all the staff!

Recommended Visit
I chose Cantina della Volta because it's the only winery in the Lambrusco territory that manages to perfectly enhance the product with meticulous care in the selection of the grapes. The result is excellent wines, among which the Classic Method ones are surely the most surprising.
A very well-organized and detailed winery tour and a comprehensive tasting.

Wonderful tasting at Poggio delle Grazie
I booked a tasting of 4 red wines for myself and my family at Poggio delle Grazie.
We were very impressed by the quality of the product and by the information we received.
The appetizers prepared for the tasting were also delicious.
We ordered some bottles to take home and I think we will buy from Poggio delle Grazie again in the future.

Fantastic experience. The owner showed us the vineyard, some grape harvesting techniques, and then explained in detail the different tasting techniques not only for wine, but also for spirits like grappa. Followed by a rich lunch based on excellent local products. One downside, the bad weather, but it doesn't matter, it will be a great excuse to come back again. Rating: 110 with honors!

Interesting
Pleasant day despite the morning rain. Thorough tour, a small winery but this nevertheless allowed for some interesting anecdotes.
