Francesco and his wife welcomed us, showing us around the cellar and explaining all the procedures for the grape harvest and wine production. We were very happy, they are two very sweet people and we spent a lot of time chatting during the tasting. They offered us 3 types of Franciacorta, explaining the differences, and they were very good. To accompany the glasses of wine, a substantial aperitivo with cured meats and cheeses. The estate is a small, family-run business, precisely to maintain high quality and attention to detail. Compared to the city, you breathe better air and the view offered by the vineyard is very beautiful and characteristic. In the end we decided to get some bottles of Franciacorta Nature, one of the best from the cellar, and the owners gave us some gadgets and also some advice on what to do in the area. It was a beautiful experience and we will definitely recommend visiting them (or we will come back with other people). Thank you so much Vinea Ventis!

I recommend the tasting at this winery. They first gave us a tour of the vineyard and the cellar, and then we tasted 5 wines (all very good I must say, 2 whites, 2 reds and 1 sparkling wine) accompanied by a very abundant platter. They explained the right food and wine pairing to us and the owners are truly kind and down-to-earth. Also given the temperature, the day was perfect.

A very nice and passionate couple who took the time to explain so many things to us and to answer all our questions. The wine was excellent and the setting was magnificent!

Very pleasant visit with excellent service and very good explanations. The wine tasting was very well presented and the wines were very good, although the price is not very cheap. The booking process was complicated by problems on the platform, but after contacting the winery directly, they took care of solving them and offered compensation by adding a visit to the vineyards, which are impressive and worth not missing (thanks, Eugenia!).

Vincenzo showed us the vineyards and technically described the types of grapes they cultivate. Beautiful and characteristic facility, the lunch positively surprised us because it was different from other wineries. Particular wines well paired with the dishes. We will definitely repeat the experience.

Truly a pleasant experience, this visit to the San Mattia winery. The place is charming and the view over the city of Verona is a nice plus compared to other wineries. The welcome was one of the best, the tour of the small but historic cellar was detailed for us by the guide, who proved to be knowledgeable and passionate. The tasting of 5 glasses was accompanied by a good board of cured meats and cheeses and by a delicious homemade bread. The wines were excellent, and so were the service and the view. I would certainly recommend it!
