An experience to try! Podere Marcampo, a small estate, but with a beautiful location in the middle of the Volterran hills. The skill and dedication of the owner gave us a wonderful experience, excellent presentation of the vineyards, cellar and wines. Tasting of 4 red wines and a delicious platter in a glass-walled tavern with a view of the hills!

As a vegan and wine lover, at the Marrone farm I felt truly pampered! I received the voucher as a birthday gift and I, in turn, gifted it to my partner. We spent a super pleasant day, in a very nice and well-kept location, savoring excellent wines. The vegan dishes are not the usual pasta and chickpeas, but refined and flavorful meals, which paired beautifully with the aromas of the glasses. To the enthusiasts, I recommend a barrique-aged Barolo grappa at the end of the meal! Everything was excellent!

Interesting tour through the vineyard and especially the production facilities. Since the tour took place in spring, there wasn't much activity, which is of course okay and to be expected. We were welcomed to Podere Conca, with its unmistakable red window frames, by Francesca. She was able to convey the passion and commitment behind this entrepreneurial idea and the true meaning of organic. After a tour among the rows of vines, we sat down in a splendid little study with large windows overlooking the olive trees and tasted 3 wines. All accompanied by a good platter of local products.
