The tasting was an unforgettable experience, despite the inclement weather. The small winery, nestled in the heart of the countryside, welcomed us with warmth and passion. Rachele accompanied us with enthusiasm and expertise, telling us every detail about the wines and the history of the winery. Very interesting tasting, preceded by a pleasant walk towards the castle alongside the vineyard. We tasted the Pignoletto, the Metodo Classico, the 944 and the Barbera Riserva, each glass accompanied by a tigella paired with the wine in question, much appreciated. At the end, as a surprise, a glass of the Vermouth produced with the grapes from the vineyard. Very helpful and kind staff, we had a really nice afternoon.
