Interesting wine and incredible food
We loved our afternoon at Emilio Sciacca. Our guide for the first part of the tour was the sommelier and he was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. Though the weather wasn’t great for our visit he still took us outside to explain the wine growing and making process with such passion. The facilities are great—it’s a converted old Palmeto (wine making press). On better weather days I am sure the views are unbelievable. The wines are really unique and interesting but what really made the day was the 3-course full lunch. The food was fantastic-legitimately gourmet restaurant quality. We loved our experience—don’t hesitate to book and support this boutique vineyard!

Staff is super helpful, knowledgeable, and very down-to-earth, the tasting was very pleasant, the way it was done was very fun and structured so that everyone could understand what we were observing and drinking, the winery tour at the same time was precise and well-cared-for in all its details, we will definitely be back.

The entire staff welcomes the guest, who immediately feels at ease, with simple, down-to-earth and professional manners. The winery produces wines of interesting quality, a characteristic that can also be found in the other products.
The bad weather caused delays and disrupted the day's plans: both critical issues were handled by the staff with the same naturalness they showed for the entire duration of our experience, and not everyone can do that.
We highly recommend a visit to this winery, which offered a splendid view of Verona even in the rain.

We had a beautiful day, the place was beautiful, Mr. Guido was very kind and helpful, as well as being a very knowledgeable person with a passion for his work.
After tasting his wines, accompanied by a platter of excellent Tuscan cured meats and cheeses, he gave us a short tour to see the large rooms where they keep various barrels.
