Relax
The owners are helpful, kind, welcoming. All in all I had a good time, the food was good quality, nothing to say about that.
But it's not a winery, it's a house in the countryside; you can't call it a winery yet. I had booked because I thought there was a winery, I had my guest from abroad who had never seen a winery, and there was only one room in the countryside.
And in the end, after buying 2 bottles of wine, I had to add more money for the appetizer that I was served. Basically I paid too much for what was offered.

Excellent experience
I went with my friends for a bachelorette party. The tasting was very pleasant and the lunch was truly well-prepared and abundant, with a vegetarian alternative as well.
The location is charming and secluded, you can relax to the fullest.
The Nebbiolo and the Barbera d'Asti were incredible.
The only two flaws were the dessert that I couldn't finish, a pistachio tiramisu that arrived in a fluorescent green color, and the very long times between one course and the next, we sat down at the table at 12:30 PM and got up at 3:00 PM. Otherwise, everything was good and pleasant.

Pleasant experience
I strongly recommend Villa Simone if you love the colors of the Castelli Romani hills and good wine.
Villa Simone is located among the beautiful vineyards of Monte Porzio Catone and represents the authenticity and passion of a family-run farm that for years has been making quality products with considerable experience and innovation.
Sara is a very welcoming, professional, and friendly person and she conveys the strong passion for the work of the family business.

WONDERFUL
We visited the winery with a couple of friends, we were welcomed by Alberto, a very knowledgeable young man who accompanied us on the tour, telling us the history of the company and the entire production process, making it interesting with detailed explanations and conveying the passion for this work. The tasting was excellent, accompanied by quality bread, salami and cheese, all of it framed by Alberto's friendliness and professionalism.
The location is clean, well-kept and welcoming.
Absolutely recommended!

Una bodega bastante floja
Tanto en instalaciones como en productos la bodega no cumplió con las expectativas. Los vinos eran de poco nivel mientras que a la bodega le faltaba... glamour
