We had the pleasure of doing the panoramic tasting at the Corte San Mattia estate. First, they gave us a tour of the vineyards and cellars with a description of their history and their production techniques. Afterwards we did the tasting of 5 glasses, from sparkling wines to reds, all the way to the Amarone of their production. All accompanied by an abundant platter of cheeses and cured meats.
