We are Australians looking to experience French wines.
It was a pleasant surprise to start the experience just across the road standing in the vines and to talk about the vines, the grapes, the soil and the climate before returning inside to taste.

Wine tasting at the Ca' Nueva Winery
The tasting was excellent. We tasted 6 or 7 wines (I don't remember exactly) excellently presented and described by a young, but very knowledgeable, woman. The samples (canapés and cured meats) offered with the wines were much appreciated, helpful for better understanding the characteristics and most suitable pairings for each type of wine.
Despite it being a small winery, the overall organization and management of the experience was impeccable.
