Really nice and charming location, excellent wines, especially the natural ones, “like in the old days,” with natural fermentation and everything done by hand.
Served with abundant and truly excellent local bread, salami, and cheese.

Azienda molto bella e bellissimo il panorama. Interessante e ben presentato il giro delle cantine.
Un po' povero il piatto di accompagnamento alla degustazione vini e un po' frettolosa la presentazione dei vini stessi. Uno dei vini rossi (freisa) era chiaramente ossidato ma mi è stato detto che è una caratteristica di quel vino.... mah....

We were welcomed with a smile and visited the vineyard, all while the production processes were described to us and, from time to time, we tasted a few grapes. Then, we went into the cellar and, finally, we went up to the tasting room, pairing the glasses of wine with samples of local products.

Wine tasting in Gaia
This was a nice place, easy to get to, right on the waterfront street in Gaia. We tasted 3 wines - a white, a rose and a red. Also had olives and bread and almonds. Friendly and informative young man who served us. We enjoyed it. Just be aware this is not a port wine tasting. It is wines of the Douro region.
