Like being with family
A family-run farm. We were welcomed by the lady of the house who, after the tour, had us taste 3 wines accompanied by truly so many tasty things to eat. We kept it light, but it's worth going for the 5 tastings. Here you won't find the glossy, magazine-cover winery that's an American-trapper (and in general foreign tourists who are rampant here), but true Tuscan family tradition.
If you can, get your hands on a bottle of their Canaiolo wine which is truly worth it!

The visit to the San Polo winery
was wonderful. We were welcomed by Angela, who was very kind and very knowledgeable. The location is marvelous and cared for in every detail. The tasting was absolutely convincing, the wines are of a superior quality. I will definitely be back! I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few hours in a wonderful place!

Fabulous tasting and winery
They were so generous to not only accommodate us at the last minute but also to give us special attention and show us some areas not normally shown to tourists. The wine was wonderful. It was pouring when we were leaving and the staff offered us to stay as long as we like, offering additional wine or coffee. Very special experience.

A friend and I went to Tuscany for a weekend wanting to do a tasting, and so we found this place on the internet.
The Selvole castle is truly beautiful and Alberto was really fantastic.
He is great at explaining and telling stories, he gets you passionate about the history and conveys all his passion to you.
The wines are really good.
You absolutely must try their honey, FANTASTIC.
We will definitely be back to collect on my promise, a barrel.
In any case, we really recommend it, it is absolutely an experience to try.
