My wife and I spent a couple of truly pleasant hours. Anissa, the owner, welcomed us and made us feel at ease. She showed us the vineyards and the cellar, and explained the various winemaking methods they use. The tasting was very interesting, with a professional description of the wines and their characteristics, in a friendly and relaxed setting. Both the wines and the platter she offered us were of great quality.

We attended the visit to the Emilio Moro Wineries in Pesquera on a morning dominated by a storm. The day was initially cloudy, but afterwards, due to the strong winds, it cleared up and everything was then a sunny day that allowed us to enjoy the colors of the vineyards. Not only did we have the opportunity to taste 4 excellent wines, but also the grapes from the vineyard which were excellent. The staff was very cordial at all times and the talk was quite complete, clearly explaining all the stages of the production process of these wines. It was a pleasant and highly recommended experience for those who want to do wine tourism in the Duero region.

Although my partner and I are not so expert in wines, the tasting and visit to the Cantina di Savignola Paolina was a wonderful discovery. The visit began with a very kind guide, followed by the big dog Bacco, who accompanied us to see the vines and the cellars, briefly explaining the various production phases and the different types of wine produced. Afterwards, we sat at our table and the tasting began, accompanied by local products, simple but delicious. We liked the wines so much that we added two more types to the tasting. The weather was also in our favor, despite it having rained until the day before, the hazy sky really enhanced the landscape characterized by vineyards and olive trees. An experience to be repeated.

I am very moved by his words. We not only drank well, but also ate very well. A lot of attention also for those who, like me, don't eat meat!

We started with a tour of their cellar, all very interesting. At the end of the tour we went into the house to taste wine and eat some delicious cured meats, and let's not even talk about the pici with ragù, they were delicious. We tasted 4 wines, from the youngest to the oldest... A highly recommended experience. ☺️

We did a winery tour and tasting. The location is beautiful and well-kept, the tour was very fascinating and the final tasting with 3 glasses of wine and a platter, divine. We also purchased some of their products.
