Domaine Terres de Sable is deeply rooted in the history of the Petite Camargue, with vineyards that date back to the Napoleonic era in 1800. The estate recently launched a new, modern cellar in 2021, carefully blending old and new techniques to create a unique wine experience. Situated on 27 hectares of sandy soil near the Mediterranean, the vineyard benefits from sea breezes and a warm climate, ideal for growing Grenache and other grape varieties. With a commitment to organic farming for over 27 years, Domaine Terres de Sable is a pioneer in sustainable viticulture in the region, offering visitors a serene glimpse into both history and innovation.

Château Saint Nabor is a family-run wine estate in the Rhône Valley where quality and tradition have been handed down through 6 generations. Jérémie and Raphaël Castor are independent winegrowers, continuing to work of their ancestors by combining tradition and technology.  Committed to a policy of "Sustainable Agriculture", the relationship between man and the land is strengthened. The vineyard is managed in such a way as to provide it with the best possible conditions in the healthiest possible environment, all the while strengthening the vine's ability to defend itself against attacks by disease and pests. 

Château Mourgues du Grès, located in the Costières de Nîmes, lies between vineyards, garrigue, and orchards. Once owned by the Ursulines of Beaucaire in the 16th century, the estate derives its name from the Provençal word "Mourgues," meaning nuns. The estate celebrates its Mediterranean climate with the sundial's Latin motto "Sine Sole Nihil" (Nothing Without Sun), which reflects the sun's importance for ripening their wines. Vintner François Collard took over the family estate in 1990, aiming to capture the purity of the fruit and the natural surroundings in each wine. Collard’s winemaking philosophy focuses on expressing the full character of the Costières de Nîmes appellation, producing wines that range from easy-drinking, fruit-forward options to more structured, age-worthy bottles. The vineyards benefit from the unique combination of soils—mainly pebbles and clay-limestone—and the influence of the Mediterranean breeze, which helps maintain balance and freshness in the wines. The estate grows classic Rhône varietals like Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Roussanne, and Viognier, with a strong emphasis on sustainable and environmentally friendly practices. With a dedication to precision and minimal intervention, Château Mourgues du Grès produces wines that are a true reflection of the terroir, capturing the essence of the surrounding natural beauty and the rich winemaking heritage of the region.

Created in 2001, the Domaine de Givaudan is the only private cellar in the village of Cavillargues. Run by 3 generations, the cellar warmly welcomes you to discover its vintages representative of the Rhône valley, elegant and varied.
