5 Paltusa, a wonderful discovery (Annarosa)We had the pleasure of participating in a tasting at Tenute Paltusa, a true corner of paradise nestled in the mountains. From the very first moment, you breathe an atmosphere of peace and authenticity. The Paltusa Superiore white wine won us over: fresh, fruity, with elegant notes and a surprising structure. A balanced, mineral, and aromatic white, which truly tells the story of the territory it comes from. The other wines were also of the highest level, each with a well-defined personality. Everything is homemade, with love and passion, by the family itself: from the wines to the local products served during the tasting, genuine and delicious, perfectly paired and curated down to the smallest detail. The estate is simply wonderful, with a panoramic pool and a breathtaking view that leaves you speechless. And for those who wish to prolong this experience of beauty and relaxation, there is also the possibility of staying at the property, fully enjoying the tranquility of the place. A special thanks to Andrea and Susanna, who with passion and kindness accompanied us on a journey through the history of the estate, intertwined with their family history and that of the evocative church of San Tommaso. A place that nourishes the sight, the palate, and the soul. A must-visit if you are looking for an authentic, welcoming, and rejuvenating experience.

5 Wonderful discovery (Elena)A beautiful surprise! The road to reach the estate is very pleasant, among cork forests and vineyards, the landscape is truly evocative. We were warmly welcomed by Marianna. Excellent tasting with wines that encapsulate all the characteristics of this wonderful land, accompanied by tastings of quality typical products personally cooked by Marianna and presented with great care (not the usual platter!). Finally the location, we had the pleasure of having this experience on a “terrace” overlooking a small lake surrounded by vineyards. We thank you for welcoming us into your home, and for letting us taste the love and passion for this Sardinia that, beyond the stunning sea, hides so many other treasures! Congratulations guys! 5 Sensory experience (Valentina)Our visit to La Neula was a really great experience. Traditions blend with innovation naturally. We took a walk in the vineyard, accompanied by Giulia, passionate and knowledgeable, who explained everything to us, from the type of grape, to the method and time of harvest. The tastings of their products (all excellent, including the food pairings) take place in a quiet and intimate rural setting. Everything is meticulously cared for, I highly recommend it.
