5 Fantastic Lambrusco Experience (Chris)Our guided tour and tasting at Fattoria Moretto was simply fantastic. We had been on many tours at all sorts of producers of prosciutto di Parma, Parmigiano Reggiano, local wines, etc. and by far Gessy was the most personable and knowledgeable guide we had. We had plenty of questions and she was able to answer all of them along with the winery dog Luna. The wine and the sustainability initiatives undertaken by Fattoria Moretto are also noteworthy. Truly a memorable, fantastic, delicious, and entertaining experience!

5 Great Times and Wines!!! (Robin)Cleto Chiarli is a charming winery and estate set off the beaten path in the Italian countryside. The highly knowledgeable staff taught us all about the local Lambrusco wines and grape varieties. The tasting was wonderful and in a private room off the main floor. Highly recommended!!! Be sure to ask about the estate’s previous owner and its relationship to Garibaldi and Italian unification!

Finally, the tasting of 6 glasses with some snacks to try, a beautiful atmosphere.

4 An interesting experience (STEFANIA)Visiting the area with friends, we decided to opt for a visit to a vinegar cellar. The place is beautiful, and the day is really very hot. The experience begins around a table, where the owner offers about ten tastings of balsamic vinegar of different ages, both on its own and, thanks to a small aperitivo, paired with cheeses and vegetables. The visit continues into the actual vinegar cellar, where the production, cooking, and aging process is explained.

(Alessia)I warmly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to carve out a few hours to treat themselves: Jessi, the guide, will take care of the participants with professionalism and kindness. The tour is supervised by Luna, a friendly and non-intrusive little dog. The location is immersed in a setting of peace and tranquility in the Modena hills. The wines are excellent and, at the end of the tasting, we couldn't help but buy a couple of bottles of wine each. Everything was perfect and highly recommended!

5 Unforgettable (Maurizio)Fantastic tasting experience at Opera 02. Stunning location. Dalila looked after us, a very knowledgeable girl visibly in love with her job. We liked the wines and we also bought some. The presentation with which they were offered and the crescenta with prosciutto crudo that accompanied them were sublime. We stayed for lunch at their bistrot. Local cuisine with a slight reinterpretation that knew how to enhance everything. We will certainly come back for the balsamic vinegar experience too. 5 Great experience, very enjoyable! (Agustin)It was simply fantastic. Gessy was very thorough and explained all the details of the winemaking process and, specifically, how Lambrusco is produced. She also described how the different Lambruscos of Fattoria Moretto are produced and the differences between them. Luna, the dog of the house, accompanied us during the tour and it was fun having her with us. The tasting was exceptional and Gessy offered us a tagliere from the region! 100% recommended, good job Gessy!

4 Great experience, helpful and kind, but…… (Luca)The 4 of us friends went to Fattoria Moretto for a visit/tasting and we were welcomed with friendliness and helpfulness by Letizia who told us about the business and showed us the cellar, before presenting the 6 wines for the tasting. The next day, however, we found the same wines we bought at the winery for between 10 and 12.50 euros a bottle, at prices 1-2 euros lower at a Parmigiano Reggiano outlet. We were negatively surprised and it doesn't seem at all logical to pay more when buying directly from the producer than at an outlet (which, by the way, specializes in cheese!).…….WHAT A SHAME….. A BIT DISAPPOINTED…..

5 Courtesy and kindness (Fabiana)The visit to the Cleto Chiarli estate was very nice. The girl who accompanied us for the whole visit was helpful and kind and also very knowledgeable. She showed us the entire wine preparation process, from fermentation, to bottling and labeling. Afterwards there was the tasting of the 4 wines we had selected, and we were even offered to taste a fifth one at no extra charge to complete the experience. I recommend to everyone passing through the Modena area to make a brief stop here, also for the final surprise of the location!!
