5 Friendly, kind wine tasting (Marietta)We were friendly welcomed and started with the youngest wine, special bites per taste and the family history. The lady was so proud of their family business which was lovely to see and hear. Even discussions on drought, heat etc wete taken serious. We enjoyed the 5 wines that went from nice to good to very good. We had a lovely afternoon and took some boxes home to remember in the future.

The tasting was impeccable in every aspect: excellent wines, described with an engaging presentation that truly manages to capture your attention and make you appreciate every nuance. The quality of the wines is very high: even though they were labels I already knew and had tasted on other occasions, here I found that something extra, a detail, a balance, a personality that made them even more memorable. The food accompaniment also deserves a special mention: original, well-prepared, and above all, delicious. Each pairing was thoughtfully designed and enhanced the wines perfectly. The idea of the picnic with wine and a charcuterie board was wonderful and absolutely to be repeated: a relaxing, pleasant, and perfect moment to disconnect from the daily frenzy, immersed in a simple yet refined atmosphere. An experience I recommend without hesitation and that I can't wait to do again.

They were also really good at describing the organoleptic characteristics that the wine has and releases based on what you eat or don't eat. 5 A journey into the flavors and stories of the Langhe (Mariachiara)On January 2nd, we had a truly special tasting in the splendid Langhe, in a very nice, welcoming place with great attention to detail, which made us feel at ease right away. We tasted seven wines, each one better than the last: every glass had its own personality, its own story, and a well-defined character. It was a complete and satisfying tasting journey, which allowed us to truly appreciate the quality and passion behind every bottle. A fundamental added value was the gentleman who guided us through the tasting: extremely prepared, knowledgeable, and passionate, he explained so many things in a clear and interesting way, without ever being overbearing. Thanks to him, we didn't just drink good wine, but we learned, listened to stories, and better understood the territory and the work behind each label. Overall, it was a beautiful, authentic, and engaging experience, perfect both for those who love wine and for those who want to approach this world with curiosity. The girl who led the tasting was certainly competent and passionate (unfortunately she didn't say her name). We tasted some crostini with typical local dishes.
