5 We had the BEST experience at Tenuta Uccellina! (Tina)We were greeted by the owners and shortly after the guy (sorry forgot your name) came and took over. He gave us a very good and thorough presentation of the vinery in english, very easy and understandable. After this, we went to the shop to taste the 5 wines we selected after carefully beeing instructed. Also we got a big plate of cured meat/cheese and bread! We fell in love with the black lable Buscon, one of the best wines I have ever tasted! Very nice family owned place, very proud of their products, which they for sure can be!

5 Amazing! (Matthew)First experience with a tasting and we had the absolute best time. Everyone was so friendly, and we were the only ones doing the tasting which only added to the afternoon! Michele spoke perfect English which really helped, all the wine we tried was delicious, and if we had more weight allowed on our flight home I’m certain we would have bought a lot more wine than we did! I cannot recommend this enough, and I’m sure if we ever return to Emilia-Romagna, we’ll be coming back.

5 Amazing afternoon at Zinzani (Jennifer)We had an amazing afternoon tasting wines with Marco at Zinzani wines. We made our way from our cruise ship in Ravenna and we’re so glad we did! Marco was so informative and enthusiastic about his family’s wines. We tasted ten wines and they were all great. It’s possible that our favorite part was when some of the locals came in to fill their 5 liter jugs straight from the barrels. We all decided that we want to live that way! Absolutely a must do if you are in Ravenna for a cruise stop and like good wine.

(Silvia)The visit to the winery was wonderful, we did a tour both inside, asking a ton of questions about how the grapes are processed to become wine, and in the surrounding vineyards, with beautiful views. The person who accompanied us was kind and helpful, the tasting was accompanied by cured meats and cheeses, everything was delicious! Thanks and see you next time!

Not very far from where I live, this recently renovated estate with the creation of places that are nothing short of stunning (the stable with the museum, the cave containing the barrels) left us truly pleasantly surprised! The welcome from the young woman who greeted and served us was perfect! The wines were good!

5 Authentic experience, despite the rain. (Patrizia)Tenuta Masselina is a fascinating place, nestled in the Romagna hills, where wine, nature, and sustainability meet. The guided tour with Manuela was the highlight: knowledgeable, passionate, and able to describe the territory with expertise and warmth. Despite the heavy rain that day, the experience was engaging and well-organized. The wines tasted were excellent, especially the Sangiovese. A place that is truly worth a visit… maybe with sunshine!

(José)I had booked the tasting in Italian, however I'm not that good yet, but Antonia was very patient and explained everything to us clearly and slowly enough for us to understand everything. We really liked the food and wine from Romagna, and at the end we had a tour of the winery. Antonia and her family treated us really well and kindly. Overall, we had a pleasant evening.

Did a tasting while talking with the owner, Mrs. Antonietta, about both the history of the winery and the wines and their evolutionary path. 5 A beautiful experience, a surprising winery, don't miss the real cellar underneath the structure, a real gem (Valerio)We were immediately welcomed warmly, we ate and drank well, accompanied on the tour of the facilities, with tastings aimed at discovering the lands and the vision of the winery. A first aperitif that helped us warm up and break the ice, with a pretty good Charmat method sparkling wine. Then a visit to the production facility where the new productions are being processed and aged, which they told us about and let us taste with passion. And then the real gem, in the basement is the cellar with the barrels where the wines mature while awaiting release. This is the true heart, an architecturally fascinating environment with very high potential, where we completed the tasting of 4 bottles, accompanied by platters of very good local products. The winery is very young, yet already capable of presenting high-quality products, the passion we experienced gives us great hope.

5 A highly recommended experience (Maria Rosaria)I did a wine tasting with my boyfriend at the Tenuta Uccellina estate, an experience I absolutely recommend both for the quality of the wines that are offered (truly excellent and unique) and for the hospitality and kindness. Furthermore, the wines were accompanied by a delicious piadina with cold cuts and squacquerone (all very fresh products bought specially from local shops for our tasting). Also, the prices of the wine bottles for sale are very fair compared to the great quality that is offered.
