5 Great wines, great experience (Arvind)The four of us - the wife, me and our boys 23/26 - drove down to the Winegut Rudolf Hoffmann one fine morning and man, were we impressed! The Google map location gets you pretty much to the doorstep, and we were greeted by Rudolf, our erudite host for the next 2 hours. The place itself is in a picturesque village, and you pass by vineyards which get you prepared for what lies ahead. We learned about vines, grapes and of course, the wines. The tasting was very well organised, the wines were great, we ended up buying a couple of our favorites. All in all, a morning very well spent. Would unhesitatingly recommend!.

5 Perfect wine tasting experience (Arkenbout)On Friday, May 29th, my wife and I participated in a tasting of 6 wines at the HOFFMANN winery. The way the tasting was organized was remarkable. We were not given 6 set wines, but could each choose 6 wines for ourselves from an extremely extensive list. A list of 4 semi-dry wines, 4 sweet/fruity wines, and 11 dry wines. In addition, it was also possible to taste a very special red wine aged in wood. So in total, we could choose from 20 wines. After making our selection, we were each served 6 generous glasses, after which we had enough time to conduct our own tasting (tasting each other's, making comments, taking notes, etc.). Our conclusion was that the chosen wines were very different from each other and of excellent quality. Two red wines in particular, the Barrique 2020 and the Unikat-C 2020, were even exceptionally good. This led to the purchase of a few bottles. Arkenbout Family

5 Welcoming host and good wine (Ingvild)Small and cozy area with a nice view of the Mozel valley. The host is polite and laid-back, and takes you through the wine making process in a fun and understandable way. From the wine tasting itself you get great value, as you get to try several types of wine, primarily white, all local and organic.

5 Very good (Hanna)The winery employee was very well informed, both about the history of the building and about the subject itself. The tour was about an hour long and included the history of the building and a tasting of 2 wines. Highly recommended!

3 Good (Daniel)The experience of the cellar tour is very pleasant. It's a very beautiful old cellar, which is really worth the detour. It's a shame, however, that everything is only in German: there is no means of translation for foreign visitors, which makes the tour difficult to follow for non-German speakers.

4 Wine Cellar Tour (Johann)The tour was great and recommendable. Winedering could, however, provide an official document as a ticket, instead of just the booking confirmation via email.
