Baglio DiAr winery is located in Marsala, western tip of Sicily, where the vineyards benefit from the wonderful climate and refreshing sea breeze. The Di Girolamo family has a long tradition of success and in recent years is experiencing exponential growth thanks to the effervescent passion of the younger generations of the family. Baglio DiAr maintains a certified organic viticulture in order to guarantee the highest quality and safety of its products and follows environmentally friendly production practices. As a demonstration of a strong bond with Sicilian tradition and culture, the winery cultivates mostly native vines and offers an exclusive label design inspired by emblematic characters and phrases from Sicilian writers such as Pirandello and Verga.
Baglio DiAr produces only certified organic wines made from native Sicilian grape varieties, reflecting a strong connection to the local land and culture. The white wines include Grillo (“Selene”), Catarratto (“Dida”), and dry Zibibbo (“Fantasia”), each showcasing the freshness and aromatic richness typical of the region. Red and rosé selections feature Nero d’Avola, used for the elegant rosé “Lia,” and Perricone, an indigenous red variety used for the structured and expressive “Velata.” These wines embody the authenticity of Sicily through both their flavors and culturally inspired labels.
