Volastra, sovrasta una collina sopra Manarola a circa 330 m s.l.m circondato da vigneti. Un borgo che ha contribuito in maniera decisiva alla costruzione del paesaggio delle Cinque Terre. Suggestivi i terrazzamenti della Valle dei Pozzi e Costa da Posa da dove arrivano le uve che diventano nostri vini. Volastra ha un forte radicamento alla terra, che ha saputo in breve tempo trasformarsi in attrazione turistica senza perdere la connotazione originaria, anzi facendo della cultura contadina il suo punto di forza.
