About Winery and Wines
We are an almost century-old, entirely family-run winery founded in 1927. In fact, this is the fourth generation carrying on our winemaking tradition. The winery boasts a unique location, offering a captivating landscape and breathtaking views. It is nestled in the wonderful Mezzane Valley, one of the most renowned areas in Italy for wine and olive oil production, at the foot of the unspoiled Lessinia, the most beautiful mountain range in Verona. All our vineyards are privately owned and organically managed. In fact, the winery, the wines, and the vineyards are all certified organic. Inside our winery, a warm and welcoming atmosphere embraces visitors on a unique sensory journey. The rich scent of wooden barrels blends with the fruity aroma of mature wines, creating a symphony that promises unforgettable emotions. It is a one-of-a-kind experience that combines the finest wines of the Veronese tradition—such as Valpolicella, Amarone, Recioto, and Soave—along with unique IGT wines, paired with the typical culinary specialties of our region, including the cured meats and cheeses of Lessinia.
Our company, with almost a century of history, produces wines that blend tradition and innovation, ensuring the highest quality through cutting-edge technologies that are constantly monitored. We oversee every stage of the production process in-house, from the vineyard to the bottle, thanks to our internal bottling plant, guaranteeing meticulous care and quality in every detail. We produce Soave DOC, a white wine with a mineral and well-balanced taste; Costa Del Monte IGT, the quintessential aperitif wine of Cantina Provolo, elegant, aromatic, and refined; Tuja IGT, the most emblematic white wine of the winery—broad, structured, and persistent, thanks to fermentation and aging in oak tonneaux; Valpolicella DOC, a young, fresh, and pleasant wine; Gino, Rosso Veneto IGT, an intense and complex red wine with aromas of ripe fruit, spices, and cocoa; Campotorbian Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Superiore, a powerful and elegant wine, the winery’s flagship since 1997; Entis Oseleta Veronese IGT, made from pure Oseleta grapes, featuring marked acidity and well-defined tannins; Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, majestic, structured, and complex, with an unmistakable flavor; Cà Nove Bianco Veneto Passito IGT sweet wine not stucky with amber reflections; Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG, a historical wine with great structure, slightly balsamic and enveloping; Amarone della Valpolicella DOC Riserva, undisputed protagonist when served, it is an incomparable wine produced only in exceptional vintages, with indefinable nuances; Marco Provolo Metodo Classico, an archetype in this area, made from black grapes masterfully vinified in white, featuring fine and persistent perlage, aged on the lees for 60 months. Finally, we produce the "Gadoi" Line, a range of completely natural organic wines with no added sulfites.
