We are Fabio and Rafaella, a young winery born from a passion for wine and a love for our land. De Simone is a young winery founded in 2018 in Serralunga d'Alba (a magical place, embraced by the castle and nature. This is where our wines, deeply connected to the surrounding territory, take shape. It all began with the renovation of the family summer house and the purchase of the land: from there, we decided to start from scratch and give shape to our project. We believe in a way of making wine that places sustainability, respect for nature and its rhythms, at the center.

Every choice we make, from the vineyard to the bottle, stems from the desire to preserve the environment and enhance what the land offers us, without forcing it. We cultivate with care, attention, and responsibility, because for us, wine is an authentic expression of the land and the people who experience it every day.

Our winery reflects our values: simplicity, commitment, and love for what we do, every day.

The first vintages were a small experiment: the 2016 Barolo del Comune di Serralunga d’Alba and the 2019 Langhe Nebbiolo. A beginning built on curiosity, research, and a wealth of passion, which continues to guide our work today.

Thanks to the trust of those who have chosen us, over the years we have expanded our range and increased production quantities. Today, we produce Barolo DOCG, Barolo del Comune di Serralunga d’Alba, Barolo "Carpegna", Langhe Nebbiolo, Barbera d’Alba, Langhe Rosato, and Rosato Spumante, as well as the younger lines Per Me (Dolcetto di Diano d’Alba) and Per Te (Nebbiolo d’Alba).

Our vineyards, in addition to the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba, are also located in Monforte d'Alba, Diano d'Alba, and Alba: a mosaic of territories that enriches the character of our wines.
