Colline Guizzette - Heart of Valdobbiadene DOCG
Colline Guizzette is a family-run winery located in the beautiful hills of Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The winery is proud to produce high-quality Prosecco Superiore DOCG, following local traditions and using grapes grown on steep, sunny slopes - all carefully harvested by hand.
Colline Guizzette brings together passion, tradition, and the beauty of the Valdobbiadene hills in every bottle.Everything at Colline Guizzette is done by hand, from pruning the vines to harvesting the grapes - a tradition passed down over time.Each member of the family plays an important role, combining experience with a shared passion for creating wines that reflect the character of their unique territory.
Superiore di Cartizze DOCG, made from grapes grown in the most prestigious area of the region. The Cartizze hills are known for their perfect conditions: rich soil, ideal sun exposure, and a mild climate - all of which give the wine its elegant, aromatic personality.
About the Wines
Col Fondo - The Ancestral Method
Our most traditional wine, naturally refermented in the bottle and unfiltered.
Slightly cloudy, dry, and full of character, with notes of citrus, bread crust, and a pleasantly rustic feel. Authentic and alive.
Sui Lieviti - On the Lees
A natural sparkling wine left in contact with its yeast. This style offers complexity, minerality, and soft bubbles, with subtle aromas of white fruit and flowers. A pure expression of the land.
Extra Brut - Elegant and mineral
For lovers of crisp, bone-dry wines. With minimal sugar (0-6 g/L), this Prosecco is clean and refreshing, offering green apple, citrus, and floral notes. Perfect as an aperitif or with seafood.
Brut - Balanced & Fresh
Dry but smooth, Brut offers the perfect balance between freshness and softness.
Notes of white peach, apple, and acacia flowers. A versatile sparkling wine for any occasion.
Extra Dry - Soft & Fruity
Our most approachable style, with a touch of sweetness (12-17 g/L) and vibrant aromas of ripe pear and apple. Round, smooth, and ideal for light meals or a cheerful toast.
Cartizze - The Jewel of Valdobbiadene
Made from grapes grown exclusively in the prestigious Cartizze hill, the Cartizze from Colline Guizzette is elegant and smooth, with fine bubbles and a fresh, fruity taste. It has notes of pear, peach, acacia flowers, and a light almond finish. Soft and slightly sweet, it's ideal for special moments, celebrations, or as a refined aperitif.

The tasting was carefully curated: well-selected wines, an authentic expression of the territory, accompanied by local products that enhance their flavors. Every glass tells a story, and you can clearly perceive the passion behind each offering.
The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxed, and effortless. You immediately feel at ease, as if you were a guest rather than a customer. The service is friendly and knowledgeable, able to guide you without ever being intrusive.
An experience I recommend to those who love good wine, but also to those looking for a genuine, high-quality break.

Welcomed by Emanuele, you could immediately tell the passion for his work! He explained to us in a detailed manner the territory of Valdobbiadene and Cartizze and the production method for each type of wine tasted, all accompanied by an excellent charcuterie board (we preferred it to the cicchetti).
