About Winery and Wines

Siridia is a young and independent winery born in 2019 in the heart of Valpolicella. Behind the name, you’ll find two siblings – Edoardo and Samuela Speri – who chose to give new life to the vineyards of their family, guided by a personal and contemporary vision of winemaking.

Edoardo, a passionate winemaker with years of experience in one of Valpolicella’s most renowned wineries, leads the production with a deep respect for the land, the seasons, and the unique identity of each vintage. Samuela takes care of hospitality and communication, ensuring that every guest feels at home and every story is told with authenticity.

Siridia is more than a winery – it's the beginning of a new chapter. Our wines are rooted in tradition but open to exploration: alongside the classic Valpolicella wines (Classico, Superiore, Amarone, and Recioto), we produce original creations such as a Vermouth and an Amaro made from dried Amarone grapes.

Our philosophy is simple: to make wines that reflect who we are – honest, vibrant, and full of imagination. We believe that every bottle is a journey, and we can’t wait to share ours with you.

At Siridia, we cultivate our vineyards in the hills of Moron, one of the most iconic crus of the Valpolicella Classica area. Here, the soils, the altitude, and the natural exposure create the perfect conditions for producing expressive and elegant wines.

We grow native grape varieties such as Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara, which form the soul of our Valpolicella Classico, Superiore, Amarone, and Recioto. Each wine is crafted to reflect the personality of the vintage and the character of the land it comes from.

Alongside our traditional reds, we also produce a refreshing white wine from Garganega, Chardonnay, and Cortese, grown in the cooler climate of Valdadige. Our creative side expresses itself through unique products like a Vermouth and an Amaro made from dried Amarone grapes – a tribute to our land, reimagined with curiosity and care.

Every bottle is the result of careful choices, gentle winemaking, and a desire to offer an authentic and memorable experience in every glass.
