The tour was extremely well organized and the young lady who accompanied us was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the winery and production. After a detailed tour of the property and an analysis of the current production, we went into the delightful tasting room. The tour/tasting is not cheap, but the quality of the service and the quantity of the products are absolutely worth it! We tasted 5 different wines and very much appreciated our guide's flexibility in allowing us to make some changes to our selections based on our personal tastes. The facility is lovely, the employees extremely knowledgeable, and the wines a pleasure to taste. Definitely worth the trip and we would gladly return!

Beautiful location on the slopes of Etna, an area rich with vineyards. The wines we tasted were excellent, along with some local products like cheeses and cured meats. The girl who accompanied us on the tour of the cellars was very good and knowledgeable. It was truly a beautiful experience.

We were welcomed by Eleonora who, with passion and enthusiasm, accompanied us and told us the story of this very young winemaker, Alessandro Fedrizzi. A beautiful story of a predestined boy who at 14 already knew what he wanted to do when he grew up, and now that he is 30 has proven his gifts and abilities to himself and to others. The visit to the vineyard was interesting, as was the lovely tasting accompanied by freshly picked figs, cured meats, and cheeses typical of this part of the Bolognese hills. The refermented Pignoletto and the sparkling wine were excellent; the Barberas were distinctive, very different from those of Langa.

Simply spectacular. Federico was the person who gave us the tour, guided us in this experience, and made it a unique day for us. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, and he also gave us the tour in Spanish, which we appreciate. The winery is very beautiful, located in a unique setting, in the middle of Tuscany. The wines are very good and the food, aside from being very generous in quantity, is of incredible quality. We will be back without a doubt!

The tasting of 7 wines with a charcuterie pairing was excellent and of great quality. Vit is a great speaker for wine tastings and he prepared an agreed-upon, unforgettable surprise for us. Thanks Vit!!
