This bio organic winery is a Gem. Maria the owner is so full of knowledge on how to sustain a vineyard without any chemicals and the wines are amazing.
The rose and her reds are full of great flavors!

Very good wines and lovely hosts
My partner and I had a lovely tour and wine tasting with Mickael and Valerie. It lasted c. 1 hour. We enjoyed the tour of the wine storage and preparation, and had a tasting of 6 wines through a corovin, which were all excellent. We bought a bottle (only one because of difficulties with transporting back home) and when we had issues with our taxi they made us feel very welcome whilst we waited even though it was clearly past closing time - thanks.

A must-do, even if it's out of your way!
The Guia winery is located in an absolutely quintessential Italian mountainside vineyard setting. The hostess is a 3rd generation owner/winemaker who regaled us with familial tales of harvests and feasts.
We capped the tour with a fantastic array of prosecco - my fave the Extra Brut.
Put Guia on your bucket list.
